Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This privacy policy covers the policies of CoreBits, LLC ("CoreBits", "we", "us", or "our") on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information, including any personally identifiable information or other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you ("Personal Data") when you access our website at https://billstobudget.com (the "Site"), our mobile application (the "App"), and other existing and future products and services, owned, operated, controlled or offered by CoreBits (collectively, the "Services").

Each time you use our Services, you consent to the collection, use and storage of the collected information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully and Contact Us if you have any questions.

Our commitment

Bills to Budget handles deeply personal financial information, including bills, balances, and spending plans. We don't want to view, sell, or in any way access your personal financial data.

What is stored

Bills to Budget stores the information you enter in the app, including bills, budgets, pay schedules, transactions, account balances, reminders, and related data.

This data is stored only on your device, and synced via your private iCloud account, if enabled. If you choose to use the Ledger Sharing feature, this sharing is done via iCloud, and is only shared according to your specification.

Communications and support

When you send or respond to emails, messages, or other communications from us, we may collect your email address, name, and any other personal information you choose to provide.

Diagnostic logs used to troubleshoot app issues are stored on your device. If you contact us for support, you may choose to send those logs to us by email so we can help investigate the issue.

What we do not do

We do not send your financial data to our servers in any way, and we do not sell your data.

Bills to Budget does not require a traditional online account to use the app, and we do not keep a server-side copy of your budget data.

Analytics

Bills to Budget uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-focused, anonymous analytics. We collect only broad usage information such as an anonymized device hash, app screen views, and high-level feature usage.

No bills, budgets, transactions, account balances, or other financial data are ever sent to analytics. We may also receive Apple's standard anonymized App Store analytics, such as download counts and crash reports.

Subscriptions and purchases

Bills to Budget uses RevenueCat to process subscription and purchase information, while Apple manages your credit card data and payment relationship through the App Store under Apple's Privacy Policy.

We collect purchase history, entitlement status, and subscription state as needed to unlock premium features and restore purchases across your devices.

Deleting your data

You can edit or delete budgeting information inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes locally stored data from the device, and iCloud-synced data can be managed through your Apple account settings.
